After seven years in the mental health field, Ashley Dawn knew one thing for sure: women are tired of performing, proving, and pretending, especially in spaces meant to support them.
So she created a community where female entrepreneurs could drop the script, show up as themselves, and grow together without pressure or comparison.
In less than a year, the Sparkle Entrepreneur Network grew to 200+ female entrepreneurs and hosted 15 events in 2025, all rooted in connection, safety, and real conversations.
Now, she’s hosting the Sparkle Mastermind. Monthly connection sessions and hotseat opportunities for women in their first 1-5 years of business. For the women who are ready to deep dive into their business and get the support they need to hit their next level.
